Diary - Mad Science Camp at Zoo Negara

Mad Science, the world’s leading provider of science based enrichment activities organized its ever popular Mad Science Camp at Zoo Negara’s Kancil Hall on 22nd December 2006. Themed “The Birds and the Beasts” and “Nature”, this interactive fun camp was designed to teach children more about birds and animals in the zoo and to appreciate the wonder of nature. The children learnt to differentiate the many sounds of birds, its behaviour, and the sciences of camouflage in nature to name a few of the activities that went on for that day. A fun day indeed for the children especially when they get to meet and touch Zoo Negara’s very own stars, KT and Manja the orangutans upclose!
